Description: Responsible for providing new and existing customers expert information and advice in utilizing all available functions in hotel specific accounting software. Perform all phases of training and to ensure customer knowledge and understanding of all system functions through classroom training, automated training videos, and conferencing. Responsible for providing customer support for hospitality specific accounting and payroll software. Perform all phases of support including troubleshooting connections, software questions, and building client relations.
